Who We Are
Tess Pennock
Tess Pennock set up Combined Touch in 2016 and has worked in the care industry for many years.
Tess holds NVQ Level 3 and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Care, Pathway F, Adult Management, NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 in Health & Social Care. She also has an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Dementia Awareness.
Tess has a law degree and a diploma in counselling and has been a teacher within the adult learning sector and in aromatherapy massage.
She has first-hand experience of caring for a person with dementia. She cared for her mother at home from initial diagnosis of dementia through to the final stages of the illness.
Tess and Amy are Dementia Colleagues, which means that they are trained to give one-hour training sessions to make Dementia Friends.

Haley Vaughan
Haley is our Trainee Manager who has Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Level 3 in Clinical Healthcare Support, Currently working towards Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Haley has worked for Combined Touch CIC since 2020 and has moved from working solely in the Centre to working in the Domiciliary Care side of the organisation and also helping out in the Centre and office when her work schedule permits.
Laura Young
Laura is Team Leader. She too has achieved Level 2 in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards Level 4 Lead Practitioner, Health and Social Care. Laura has been Team Leader at a Fast Food Restaurant but because she spent (and still spends) a lot of time with her Grandmother, Laura discovered her love of helping people, she came to work with the Combined Touch Crew in 2021 and quickly realised she loves working in the community with all of our lovely, diverse and interesting clients.
Tracey Cox and Ann Cook
Tracey Cox and Ann Cook are the two members of staff who look after the Combined Touch Centre. They enjoy the banter they get from the lovely people who visit us. They enjoy chatting with the people who come to the Centre and make sure the sessions run smoothly and are an enjoyable experience for everyone who visits. Between them Tracey and Ann have accumulated over 20 years working in the care industry. The Combined Touch Day Centre is open Tuesday to Friday 10am until 2pm (lifts to and from the Centre can be arranged).
Victoria Sawford
The company secretary is Victoria Sawford who has a master’s degree in public health, a BSc hons degree in health and social care management and an advanced GNVQ in health and social care.
She has worked in the public health and care industry for over ten years.
